You know, the Greensboro City Council looks at 6 or 7 empty acres on the corner of South Elm and Lee Street as a problem they need to fix by giving the property away and paying rich developers to fix.. Me, I see that same property as an opportunity to build an amusement part and attract thousands of visitors to downtown Greensboro. And as shown in the video it can be done without a great deal of expense.
