It was a few years back that the Greensboro City Council first dragged me into local politics when they attempted to outlaw the backyard chickens I'd been raising for years having moved here as a baby when there was still a dairy farm and cows living next door to where I live today so naturally I said:
I guess you could say the City Council created me as I am today.
