Donnie,
This is a public records request for all the permits, inspections, notices of violations and other
city permit or inspection documents concerning the apartments currently under construction
by Lomax Construction on North Eugene Street at the intersection with Smith Street. This
would include the demolition permits for the site, the grading permits and any notices of
violations associated with those permits.
If you need more information in order to fulfill this request please let me know.
