Today, at 1:55 PM, George Hartzman filed a Motion For Leave To File Amicus Brief in the United States District Court For the Middle District Of North Carolina Civil Action No. 1:15-CV-559 in Greensboro. Attorneys for the plaintiffs have been informed as have the court.
It is the belief of Mr Hartzman that concerning HB 263 that the plaintiffs have misrepresented the facts, as Mr Hartzman points out in his Amicus Brief which was also filed today.
