Looks like Neil Koonce is gainfully employed by a beneficiary of City of Greensboro tax dollars, and MariKay's filing appears to be purposefully misleading, because if she didn't know who he was she should have, and if she didn't know she would be guilty of dereliction.
Don and Nancy Vaughan are directly involved and have personally profited by ITG getting free methane, and our news industry is wilfully blind to it.
