I went looking to find Greensboro's safest neighborhoods and found the following map at Neighborhood Scout showing
dark blue as the safest and white as the most dangerous. As expected
more prosperous neighborhoods are generally safer but I did notice
another trend you might not be aware of: Those neighborhoods that have
been in Greensboro the longest are quite often the most dangerous.
As Greensboro has grown our leaders have neglected our older neighborhoods in search of new revenue sources, leaving behind poverty and crime in their wake. A change in leadership is necessary to stop this trend. Write-in Billy Jones for Mayor and Thessa Picket for District 2 and write for change.
I'll be posting my last blog post on Monday, November 6, 2017. Mayors can't do what I do here as the City would be constantly sued and even in winning there can be costs incurred that can't always be recouped. And should I not win? Then I'll go below the Radar.
