Zack Matheny's Wyndham Text Messages: Part 4

The saga of attempting to prove Councilman Zack Matheny's innocence of rumors of selling incentives continues with today's public information requests to the City of Greensboro:

Good morning Sarah,
Hope you're well today. One of the text messages provided to us by Councilman Matheny inferred that he flew to Washington, DC on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 to attend a national prayer breakfast the next day: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B9h2K8JxTQUjTDlIcVJEUDYyWV90LU5KYTNEVVljWkMtVUx3/edit

I've posted that here http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2014/03/zack-mathenys-wyndham-text-messages.html and updated my original post http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2014/02/zack-mathenys-wyndham-text-messages.html to reflect what he has disclosed thus far.

Could you please ask Councilman Matheny to provide credit card receipts or a boarding pass that proves he actually flew to Washington, DC that night?

Thanks -Billy

Howdy again Sarah,
A few days ago, Councilman Matheny e-mailed redacted closed session notes  from the Council business meetings on 12 November, 2013, 19 November 2013 and 21 January 2014. I've since posted links to those notes here: http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2014/02/zack-mathenys-wyndham-text-messages.html

Ms. Frayda Bluestein of the UNC North Carolina School for Government writes http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2014/03/quick-reference-guide-for-greensboro.html  "Misperception: It is illegal for anyone to disclose information from any closed session. Correction: There is no statutory prohibition on disclosing information, but some information is confidential under other laws."

Therefore, taking into account there would be no discussion of trade secrets of the management of the downtown Wyndham Hotel that could possibly take place before City Council and there was no indication in the redacted minutes that any personal matters were discussed, I would like the non-redacted closed session notes  from the Council business meetings on 12 November, 2013, 19 November 2013 and 21 January 2014.

Thank you again, as always, I know you'll do your best with the impossible task at hand. Herding cats and chickens is not a task for the short of wind.

PS. You'll probably want to run this past Legal just to CYA. I fully understand.

I would think Councilman Matheny would want to even avoid even the perception of any wrongdoing with a primary coming up and his running for United States Congress.
