Greensboro: Most Gerrymandered City In America?

Greensboro is bisected by the most gerrymandered Congressional district in the United States according to the News & Record's Doug Clark who writes:

"We are awarded the honor of the most gerrymandered district in the entire United States. Can you guess which one? (Hint: It's close to home here in the Triad ... and in Charlotte way down I-85.)"

In case you didn't get the hint he adds:

"North Carolina's 12th district, which holds the title of the nation's most-gerrymandered, is a textbook example of this: It snakes from north of Greensboro, to Winston-Salem, and then all the way down to Charlotte, spanning most of the state in the process."

And so we have yet another reason to add to the list of reasons why folks don't want to live here.
