Greensboro City Councilwoman, Mayor Pro Tem and former Mayor Yvonne Johnson indicated on her 2014 Greensboro City Council Disclosure Form that her husband Walter Johnson is a retired attourny at law but that isn't entirely true. You see, Walter Johnson's retirement was forced upon him by the North Carolina Bar.
Now, all these years later the names, Douglas Dick, Anthony G Clements, Sr, Curtis Scott, Milton Alexis Williams, Jr, Tony Bullock, Charles Clark, Roderick V Brown, Kalomo Ellis, Linda Davis-Thompson, Perry V Knowles, Joseph Williams III, William McGhee, Stephen Swears, Larry Eugene Allred, Jeffery Rogers, Orlando T Lee, Brandon Davis, Wendell Corey Cole and others are coming back to the surface again to haunt Yvonne and Walter.
So what did most of these people hire former Attorney Walter Johnson to do? Post conviction relief and sentencing alternatives-- the very same business that Yvonne Johnson does at her City funded non profit, One Step Further Inc.

Oh, and I found out why Yvonne and Walter don't own a home or any personal property. It seems a corporation called WGJ Properties, Inc (Link to NC Secretary of State Docs) was formed by Yvonne and Walter's children to take possession of the family properties including 4 rental properties to avoid having the properties be taken by the IRS.
And who operates WGJ Properties, Inc? Why non other than Lisa Johnson-Tonkins, Assistant District Attorney and candidate for Guilford County Clerk of Court.
