...NCRR has asked Goldsmith Strategy to evaluate and assess the available mega sites in North Carolina.
CAPITAL INVESTMENT
Investment for automotive assembly facilities can range from $500 million to $1 billion. Approximately 80% of this investment will consist of personal property (machinery and equipment), while 20% will be investment in real property.
20% of $1 billion is $200,000,000 for "real property".
