Katei Cranford on Marty Kotis and Greensboro News and Record's "fluff piece" garbage journalism

"Let's remember what's central to one of many major mistakes in this fluff piece:

No one besides Kotis calls it "Midtown" if they know it as anything, it's "Kotisland" or "those shops by the sheetz"

Let's be real.

No mention of Marty Kotis' campaign contributions
to those who voted for the sale for $900,000
on a property supposedly worth $1,035,000
which was supposed to be worth $3,054,100 in 2012

Kotis inherited a large majority of land back when it was farms and the northwest was nothing.

By virtue of birth, natural timing, and city money has he prospered.

He's no revolutionary business advocate.

There's no real vision.

He's just a dude who came into a bunch of land in time for the bigbox housing boom in a city that swears by slimy developer culture."

Is Marty Kotis buying City of Greensboro property for less than the appraised value illegal?

There should be a complete public reckoning
of Marty Kotis' campaign contributions
to those who voted for the sale,
but there probably won't be
by our very crooked local paper of record
and the Rhino Times
whose owner does the same shit only different

Kotis unbelievableness reality masqueraded under propaganda by Greensboro's News and Record
