The topic of the Ad Hoc post "RUCO" committee came up at Tuesday's Greensboro City Council meeting and while this week's News & Record made no mention of the conversation, it came out that the folks who are seated on the post "RUCO" committee are, with the exception of one member of the Greensboro Housing Coalition who scolded the Ad Hoc committee for having gone 'round in circles for months making no progress, the entire committee is made up of the same people who worked to eliminate RUCO in the first place including City Councilwoman Nancy Hoffman. (Remember the Nancy Hoffman-Dawn Cheney Scandal?)
Now, in the interest of making known the information the City of Greensboro and TREBIC doesn't want you to know, George Hartzman has asked the City to provide him with a Public Records Request for the names of the members of the Ad Hoc post "RUCO" committee and the minutes of their meetings.
