The Greensboro Performing Arts Center Task Force has decided the public no longer needs to know what they're up to and has stopped publishing meeting minutes online as of early November.
Some committies haven't posted meeting minutes online for months and at least one GPAC committee has NEVER posted meeting minutes online.
So much for the promise of keeping the GPAC process open and honest.
