Could it be true that City Councilman, Zack Matheny is one in the same with Bryan Zachery Matheny who in Feburary of 2012 bought a home in New Irving Park and has yet to disclose it to the citizens of Greensboro in 30 days as is required by law? And if he did disclose the property then why did the City of Greensboro present myself and others with this list of Councilmembers' personal property just a few weeks ago?
