On Mayor Perkins' Short Sale
If the home would of been listed, although not worth 1.2 million, it could however, potentially have been sold for more than Robbies short sale asking price. (re read that sentence)................IF THE HOUSE WERE LISTED AND HAD A SIGN OUT FRONT OF IT.........prior to now.........folks could of looked at it (having not known of it's foreclosure status) and potentially made an offer on it that WOULD OF BEEN more than Robbies' short sale asking price. *****No hidden meaning or message but no one has ever seen a sign nor seen it listed for sale....prior to now.... so if it were me involved, why would I take the first short sale offer made to me for potentially a LOT less??? Wait...I know why....because Carole (his estranged wife) would be getting screwed and a back door deal was made...........that's why.....
After all, Robbie Perkins, a commercial real estate broker with many years experience, puts signs in front of all the other properties he hopes to sell. Does he not? Does Robbie not know how to sell a house?
