From the Mayor's website: a list of Downtown Greensboro properties the Mayor's commercial real estate brokerage is listing and their current prices. How much will those prices and the Mayor's commissions/profits go up once GPAC is completed?

And lest we forget the Mayor's own downtown condo at Center Point where he lives in full view of the chosen location of the Greensboro Performing Arts Center? Did the Mayor not publicly state and therefore influence the placement of GPAC when he went on record at the very beginning of the process and stated that Greensboro would build a downtown performing arts center and that Matt Brown will run it? The Mayor never recused himself once. It might be that the News & Record online archives have disappeared but I will gladly loan my Greensboro Public Library card to the State Attorney General should he need one.
Please, everyone who reads this, call your city council representatives and demand they convene an emergency meeting of the Greensboro City Council to demand Mayor Perkin's resignation:

Robbie Perkins has proved himself a liar and unable to lead our city. He has created the most dysfunctional Council Greensboro has ever known. The time for him to go is now. This Council's responsibility should be to avoid the expense of a recall when it is blatantly apparent that Perkins has manipulated the GPAC process from the very beginning for his own personal gain.
And God help you all should the archives disappear from the Greensboro Public Library as well.
