TEDx Greensboro Ensures Failure

First it was their selection of speakers. Now we learn:

" Ticket Lottery for TEDxGreensboro

Ticket applications are now open for TEDxGreensboro on April 16 at the Greensboro Historical Museum.

How to apply for a ticket:
Since this is the first ever TEDxGreensboro event, the TED organization has limited our enrollment to 100 participants.

Tickets will be awarded on a lottery basis.

Complete the form at this link to apply for the ticket lottery. The last day to submit your form will be Saturday, March 23rd.
Just in case we mangle the link again, it is http://tedxgreensboro.com/tickets/
The random drawing will be Monday, March 25th.
Those chosen in the lottery have one week to complete their ticket purchase using the link we will send. If there are unclaimed tickets, we will invite waiting-list members in order of drawing.

By entering the ticket lottery, you agree to these terms and conditions:

TEDxGreensboro is an all-day event on Tuesday, April 16th. If you receive an invitation and you register, you agree to stay the whole day. (There will be an optional reception on Monday evening, April 15th.)
    Registrations are non-transferrable.
Ticket registration fee will be approximately $50.00.
There are no refunds or exchanges."

In other words, more singing to the status-quo choir.
