Here we see e-mails from DGI board member, Milton Kern expressing concerns about noise at
the Biltmore Hotel but as you can see from the reply by Thomas D
Caruthers, Associate General Council for the City of Greensboro, the
City is unaware of any problems with noise at the Biltmore Hotel since
the closing of the Oyster Bar. Is Milton Kern making up complaints to
help out his buddy, Roy Carroll and others as they continue to try and
drive Blacks and other minorities from Downtown Greensboro in an attempt
to more easily market high end condos and motel rooms to rich white
