They would offer incentives in the form of tax breaks or discounted fees for city services to companies who in turn, return to the ways that once made America the most prosperous nation in the world. And only tax breaks and discounted fees for city services. No grants, give aways or under the table deals. They would keep tabs on them as well and if they failed to keep their promises the City would pull the plug on the incentives.
If our leaders cared about economic development Greensboro wouldn't already be 98th out of 102 and still falling.
