A condominium owned by Greensboro Mayor Robbie Perkins will be sold.
Foreclosure proceedings on the condo in the Center Pointe condominium in downtown Greensboro can begin, according to documents filed Tuesday with the Guilford County Superior Court.
The mayor's condominium is scheduled to be auctioned Aug. 6.
According to court documents, Perkins owed roughly $206,000 as of May. Interest charges add $28 per day to the debt.
Perkins could not immediately be reached for comment.
The Mayor had also failed to pay his court ordered child support and alimony as of Friday.
That's right, it's Hell Day again.
