"Moffat said Parks and Recreation will have held 60 summer events by the end of August. She estimated that the city had hosted 4,200 youths at events this summer.
“This event doesn’t reflect that,” Moffat said of Saturday night’s concert, which attracted very few people. “We’ve had challenges with weather.”
It's just another of the many problems created by the Greensboro City Council, Downtown Greensboro Inc, Action Greensboro and the rest of Greensboro's crony capitalists who will do anything to fatten their wallets as long as can they stick you with the bill.
With any luck we'll have horrible weather every weekend from now until election day. By then even the few Downtown business owners who still support them will be ready to vote them out of office.
