From Greensboro City Councilman, Zack Matheny to Sue Schwartz, Mike Kirkman, Jim Westmorland, Jim Parrish and Mujeeb Shah-Khan
"Sue – I would like for the Planning Department to consider a Gateway Corridor Overlay Ordinance that would state that there would be no SOB’s within 200 feet of an on or off ramp for an exit.
In addition, I would like to place other stringent methods so that Greensboro gateways are truly want we want projected to visitors, including folks coming to the ACC.
One example, is the Randleman exit . I understand that we have yet another SOB going in at the location where we have had consistent issues. This is ridiculous since the businesses in this area have caused so many issues, in particular, ones that have had SOB and alcohol.
Please, let me know your thoughts on how to write this up.

Yeah, I guess drunk male dogs near major intersections might not be a very good idea. Especially if they're attack dogs. But does the councilman have to be so blunt about it? After all, bitches have feelings too. I hear Zack doesn't like coons either. It's all there in PIRT 2469, ask for it by name.
