For 18 years they have met on Monday afternoons at Anton's once a week and planned the means via which they plan to steal from the taxpayers under the guise of economic development and yet after all this time and millions of Dollars spent, Greensboro remains in the worst state of economic decline it has seen in the last 50 years and continues to fall while cities around us rise.
