While some of the Summit House listings at the NC Secretary of State have addresses listed as Goldsboro, all have zip codes listed as 27405 here in Northeast Greensboro. Apparently their registered agent doesn't know where they are. Someone should tell him.
Yvonne's husband, Walter T. Johnson, Jr is a lawyer and the owner of CMGS Development Group, Llc, Universal Boxing Council, Inc (No boxers rated since January 2012, last fight scheduled Feb 2012) and A 2 Z Holding Company, Inc. Clarence Mack is the President of A 2 Z Holding Company, Inc. Now where do I know that name from?
Walter was the previous owner of Norrog Construction Company, Inc and Triad Entertainment Network TV, Inc.
Mr Johnson rents his building at 2014 Bishop Road from Bishop Road Properties, Llc which is owned lock, stock and barrel by none other than my pal, David H Griffin Sr. Of course, ol' DH didn't tell me that as it's all a matter of public record for those of us who know where to look. Oh and the manager of Bishop Road Properties, Jimmy Clark, he's part owner of Guy M Turner Inc.
Great guys, DH and Jimmy. Not only are they breaking Robbie and the rest of Greensboro's elites financially, they're doing it using nothing but their own money. One of the girls in my family is dating one of DH's operations managers and it's looking pretty serious. DH and I could be almost family soon. Take that, Robbie!
Now I remember where I know Clarence Mack from! Clarence was the president of First National Brokerage 2014 Bishop Rd when it was suspended in 2007 for NCGS 105-230 (a) failing to report their taxes. Clarence also runs a little trucking company and used to own a house on Pine Street.
Now why does 2014 Bishop Rd ring familiar like I just heard it toll?
Currently Yvonne Johnson operates One Step Further whose registered agent, William N Martin, was also the agent for the Starlsons Corporation ordered dissolved by the State of North Carolina and the records sealed in 1993. Don't you find it interesting that the agent who represents a non profit that "recommends sentencing options for adults and juveniles" might somehow be involved in a crime that requires the records to be sealed by the State of North Carolina?
Is that by chance the same William N Martin who died on Friday, April 6, 2007, at his residence in Greensboro? 'Cause if it is then One Step Further and Yvonne Johnson need to get on the stick and file new papers with the NC Secretary of State. What ever would you people do without me to keep you from getting your asses in a sling?

I found this interesting. A tiny donation to Marikay Abuzuaiter's reelection campaign indicates that Yvonne Johnson is currently retired. I wondered about that so I checked One Step Further's Federal IRS Form 990 and sure enough Yvonne is paid $41,650 per year for 24 hours a week. Retired? I guess so. Just not the way working class folk imagine retirement to be. Susan Ayers, the financial director who works 40 hours a week only gets $51,950. But you know who else sets on the board of directors of One Step Further?

There are no other highly paid employees at One Step Further so the entire payroll comes to just over $93,000 a year. And yet One Step Further, Inc. takes in almost $1 Million Dollars a year in grants and donations that really don't seem to go very far. But hey, don't take my word for it, look for yourself. Yeah, they're paying this money to someone but to whom? And for what? You realize roughly $200,000 a year would hire a young full time lawyer to meet with their clients and appear before the judges-- what happened to the other $500,000?
And who is Jackqueline Jeffries Kreglo and why do her and Yvonne own a house together at 214 Beech St while Yvonne's home at 4303 King Arthur Place is owned by Tnyhop Properties Llc, I'm guessing Jackqueline is Yvonne's sister.
Unless, of course, Yvonne and her husband, like Mayor Robbie Perkins, have been unable to manage her own financial affairs.
Correction: Yvonne lives at 4311 King Arthur and her home is deeded to Lisa Johnson Tonkins and Shannon Johnson Lackey whom I am pretty sure are her daughters. Missed it by 4 doors. I guess it's a good thing I'm only throwing text and not throwing Molotov Cocktails.
