Turns out the promise by Steven Tanger to donate $7.5 Million Dollars to build the Greensboro Performing Arts Center in exchange for naming rights has a built in out, an exclusion clause, if you will: Walker Sanders and the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro only have until December 31st to raise $5 Million more in private donations or Tanger pulls his $7.5 Mil.
Which begs the question? How many of the other pledges have outs and deadlines written into the deal?
