The weather is getting cold and apparently the Greensboro City Council isn't doing a very good job of taking care of their pets. After Nancy Hoffman's bird came to visit, another bird flew past with news that Zack Matheny is planning to use $3,000,000 allocated towards the downtown Greensboro university campus to build the parking deck for Randall Kaplan's proposed downtown Wyndham hotel.
Don't blame your bird, Zack, you should have kept him inside where he'd be safe and warm.
Now, Mayor Vaughan, about that e-mail I sent you about the downtown campus...
