It's been a hard week for me. On December 13, 2012 my son, Jason, died from his second massive heart attack brought on by juvenile diabetes. As an estranged father I tried to change his eating and exercise habits but with only 2 weekends custody a month I could never undo the damage his mother was allowing to happen the rest of the month. This week, on Thursday, April 10, 2014, had he lived, Jason would have turned 36. This is what killed him. When a parent raises a child to live like this they know no better and become addicted at a very early age. I will never get Jason back, I will never be a grandparent. My line ends with me. Don't let them take your children too.
