Actually, despite Jeff Martin's claim that "It is buried and will remain that way" it appears that Dr John Hayes is correct in predicting a pay per view version could be resurrected.
Gotta' watch that Martin fellow, he's a sly one. Wouldn't know the truth if it bit him.
Previously the Fecund Stench blog was dead, now it's set to be read by registered users only. Also, the last post made public by Mr Martin concerning the suit indicated the the settlement agreement was impossible to comply with.
Considering that the blog has been brought back to life privately, the settlement agreement is impossible to comply with and that no mention has been made of another settlement agreement having been accepted at this time it can only be assumed the lawsuit is still pending.
But that could change soon.
