Heritage House Resident Calls On US Senate

Heritage House resident Jeff Faith forwarded me to following e-mails sent to Senators Kay Hagan and Richard Burr:

"8/13 contact-me email to senator kay hagan

topic 'civil rights'

subject: city council stole my home...illegal search and seizure

dear senator-

do you know about what the city of greensboro has done at the HERITAGE HOUSE condos located at 310 w. meadowview road in greensboro?

many stories can be found on the local newspaper NEWS-RECORD (http://www.news-record.com/) as well as several other places on the web, including greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/

there is reason to believe that the city has acted inappropriately in confiscating my home, basically foreclosing on it (and all the other homes in the condo) although they have deemed the action as condemnation of the property, although one month prior they city issued me a 'certificate of occupancy'

additionally the greensboro police refuse to open an investigation to look into possible financial crimes of the homeowners association who failed to pay bills for water and electric in excess of 60,000 dollars, resulting in the condemnation of the building, although all the homes had individual deeds.

approximately 400 people residing in 177 homes have been displaced.

is there any way you can call on the SBI or the FBI to open an investigation into these matters?

In case the Senators are tuning in this in now my 36th post on Heritage House in which I've pointed to media reports, laws broken by the City of Greensboro and outright lies told by City officials in their efforts to cover it all up.

No man, woman nor child should be denied the right to access his or her lawfully deeded property without first going to trial. And remember: City building inspectors deemed all 177 units safe. Condemnation because the water has been turned off by the City of Greensboro does not give the City authority to bar property owners from their own property.

Update: To prevent the Senators from attempting to sweep Jeff's e-mail under the rug I made them aware that others are watching with an e-mail of my own:

"The City of Greensboro has stolen 177 homes from deeded property owners without trial or court proceedings of any kind. City building inspectors inspected all the homes 1 month prior and passed them all.

I've posted the entire story including Jeffery Faith's letter to you online here: http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/search/label/Heritage%20House

Thank you -Billy Jones "

Maybe we can draw in the US Department of Justice and put a few corrupt city council members behind bars as their investigators read of this and the many other scandals I've uncovered on the pages of this blog.

Update 2: Receipt of my e-mail from Senator Hagan's office:
