Let's begin with Jamal's accident and DUI in 2011, shall we? It seems simple enough, Jamal hit a pole. But is that the story Jamal has been telling others for the last 4 years?
Nope, according to Jamal Fox another car hit him. Jamal claims to have only had a couple of beers before being hit by another car and pushed into the pole.
"Fox’s DWI happened in February 2011. He told a police officer he was struck by a tan Honda turning at the intersection of Vandalia and Randleman roads, according to the police report."
And the Police Officer's statement? Yep, got that too. Click on the images to view full size:
And check out the diagram from the same police report. Ran right off the road and hit a pole just like any drunk is subject to do then didn't have the balls to tell us the truth.
But wait, it doesn't end there. Look at the skid marks as noted in the officers diagram and the locations of Vehicle 1. Jamal Fox not only got drunk, ran off the road, hit a pole and lied about it, Jamal Fox attempted to drive away from the scene of the accident. And thus the reason for the following answer to Public information request #4951 from the City of Greensboro:
"Thank you for your public records request (PIRT # 4951) regarding report # 20110220036.
The attached two records are provided in fulfillment of this request. NC statute 132-1.4 does not distinguish between active and inactive or closed cases. All cases are afforded the same degree of protection, therefore, the officer’s notes and case narratives are not publicly releasable.
I hope this information is helpful to you.
Sincerely,
Katherine Carter, Public Records Administrator

A cover-up going all the way to the Legal Department of the City of Greensboro for a 4 year old DWI? One cannot help but wonder what else is contained in Officer J. Chasten's notes. What else did Jamal do that they are not telling us about?
And then there's they pesky domestic violence incident at Jamal Fox's home, the one GPD Captain James Hinson tried to cover up, the one Mayor Nancy Barakat Vaughan tried to cover up by convincing Ben Holder to again make his blog go dark.
Ah, what's the rush, they're not going to shoot me today. Besides, if they do you'll all know why I died. I'll tell you about Jamal's home life later.
