Ask Phil Berger

So I decided to ask North Carolina Senator Phil Berger some questions about HB2, the so called Bathroom Bill. To do so I went to his Facebook page and posted this question:

"Mr Berger, What is the penalty for violating the bathroom portion of HB2? Thanks in advance for answering my question."
