News and Record; "Alston has idea for blighted property", because they must not be allowed to report about Mike Barber, the Megasite, the Wyndham and First Tee of the Triad

One of the most crooked politicians in Greensboro's history
like Robbie Perkins, Mike Barber, Steve Arnold,
Zack Matheny and Nancy Vaughan says;

"...Alston said he and some investors have an idea in mind for the 6.7-acre site on West Meadowview Road.

Alston declined to reveal his idea, saying any discussion of his potential project is premature until the city controls the building.

At which time Skip can take advantage
of City of Greensboro taxpayers, again.

Alston said his group wants to avoid negotiating separately for the 177 units, which are owned by 50-some different groups or individuals.

Anyone doing business with Skip Alston
should have no business with the City of Greensboro.

The city condemned the six-story complex in July. It declared the property a “blighted area” in September, clearing a path for taxpayers to purchase the units through eminent domain..."
