Tonight Greensboro's City Council appears ready to violate an oath of office, which will take place a few minutes before the STPAC vote based on a willful, premeditated fraud on the City's taxpayers

"An oath of office is an oath or affirmation a person takes before undertaking the duties of an office, usually a position in government or within a religious body...

Some oaths of office are a statement of loyalty to a constitution or other legal text or to a person or other office-holder

Under the laws of a state it may be considered treason or a high crime to betray a sworn oath of office."

Treason appears likely to occur tonight on the STPAC vote,
as it involves bogus math which City Council knows is garbage,
and City staff including finance director Rick Lusk knows it,
and if anyone on council doesn't, they are incompetent.

1. Constitutional Provisions

Before entering upon the duties of an office, a person elected or appointed to the office shall take and
subscribe the following oath:

"I, .............., do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and maintain the Constitution and laws of the United States, and the Constitution and laws of North Carolina not inconsistent therewith, and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of my office as .............., so help me God."

N.C. Const. art. VI, § 7.

City Council intends to unfaithfully discharge
their duties of office this evening

Selected Provisions of Chapter 11 of the [NC] General Statutes

§ 11-1. Oaths and affirmations to be administered with solemnity

Whereas, lawful oaths for discovery of truth and establishing right are necessary and highly conducive to the important end of good government; and being most solemn appeals to Almighty God, as the omniscient witness of truth and the just and omnipotent avenger of falsehood, and whereas, lawful affirmations for the discovery of truth and establishing right are necessary and highly conducive to the important end of good government, therefore, such oaths and affirmations ought to be taken and administered with the utmost solemnity.

Discovery of truth on STPAC didn't happen,
and if it did, voting for the measures
will be a violation of the City of Greensboro oath of office
as an unfaithful act.

City Council will vote on an untruth peddled by STPAC supporters
including Greensboro's sold out press corps
in violation of North Carolina state law.

The general population will remain uninformed with the help of the above persons.

This is Greensboro.

Prepare to be investigated Walker Sanders
for committing an act of fraud against Greensboro's taxpayers
via fraudulent financial projections
based on unsustainable and blatantly misleading math.
