Yet Another Letter To City Council
Don't let Allen Johnson fool you: http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2012/10/a-solution-to-gun-violence-in-downtown.html Reality is: places where young men go to drink alcohol will always be violent-- 'tis the reaction of alcohol mixed with testosterone. Ask any doctor. This is what Greensboro's developers wanted. Tell Roy, Robme, Milton and the rest to get creative and figure out how to pay for it out of their own pockets. After all, it was them who caused it.
Or they can always refuse to renew the leases with the club owners-- their call. Neither the club owners nor the citizens should be stuck with this when Greensboro's "movers and shakers" were warned before hand. We, the people, are tired of paying for their mistakes.
