In the tradition that has allowed the Greensboro Partnership, Action Greensboro, DGI, the Community Foundation, the Greensboro Chamber of Commerce, the Bryan Foundation and others to rip-off the taxpayers for decades and hundreds of thousands if not Millions of Dollars in pass-through and management fees, Walker Sanders of the Sanders-Lomax Scandal has suggested Greensboro create yet another non profit to manage the Greensboro Performing Arts Center while ripping-off taxpayers of hundreds of thousands if not Millions of Dollars in pass-through and management fees.
Don't let anyone tell you history doesn't repeat itself and too often too soon.
