If Greensboro's Leaders Were Really Interested In Economic Development 15

They would use not endowments from rich old women not to propose parks in Downtown Greensboro to enhance Downtown property values and extend the architectural look and feel of a planned performing arts center in what is already one of the most well-to-do neighborhoods of Greensboro.

If our "leaders" really cared about real economic development they would build a park in one of Greensboro's economically disadvantaged neighborhoods as the centerpiece of an economic redevelopment project and a teaching center for that neighborhood and all of Greensboro.

You see, parks can serve multiple uses.

But sadly, the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro is run by a man who cares more about his own trips to fancy resorts in Bermuda on the Taxpayers' dime than he really cares about Greensboro.

You know, like the rest of Greensboro's "leaders."
