Remember Whatcha Cookin, the proposed BNT television show the Greensboro City Council voted to fund then suddenly backed away from the deal.
"I just discovered that Greensboro is no longer in the Soap Opera business. Apparently, the City Attorney looked further into the financial details; the collateral had been previously obligated twice already. That would put the city third in line for damages and repayment."
