Perkins, Wilkins, Alston And Kee Have No Intention Of Serving Greensboro

It's all right here in this article, City deal to fix up center cracking in today's News & Record included the stated intention to eliminate the Renaissance Community Co-op altogether.

"Mayor Robbie Perkins said the deal’s structure is inherently flawed. A key political element — providing space for a community-run grocery store — should be cut out of the plan, he said.

The city attorney’s office is looking at a potential conflict of interest that could require Councilman Jim Kee, one of the plan’s biggest supporters, to recuse himself before the council’s final vote.

Asked on a scale of one to 10 how confident he is the deal will get done, Alston gave it a five Wednesday.

“There’s been too much conflict already,” he said. “If (the city and neighborhood groups) get too demanding, I think my developers will say, ‘Thanks, but no thanks.’”

Seriously, Skip, the community wants your developer group to say, 'Thanks but no thanks.' As a matter of fact, from the community to Skip and your group, Get the fuck out of our community! We were well on our way to solving the problem before you came riding in with your pack of outlaws trying to rob us!

Let's not forget that it was Councilman Jim Kee who introduced and pushed for the passage of the deal that would give ownership of the shopping center to Skip Alston's group.

These men are only in it for the money and plan to steal from East Greensboro to maintain their greedy lifestyles. Voting Kee, Wilkins and Perkins out come November will weaken Alston and push him one step closer to financial ruin.

And Wilkins, he voted to give the shopping center to the Skip Alston group along with $2 Million dollars in taxpayer funds. 'Nuff said.
