Also of note, on that same table of contents is a list of Greensboro bloggers who have been working, like myself, for over a decade, to uncover and bring to light corruption in Greensboro. We don't always agree nor do we all share the same political views but we all agree, liberal and conservative alike, that corruption is Greensboro's largest concern and the cause of most of Greensboro's ills.
From I'm Being Sued By Rocco Scarfone: Part 5:
"When the shooting happened at Allure he has his computer guy go into the office and alter the video footage of the guy leaving/entering the club with a gun. He pinned this on Ashby Cook. Ashby was off that night partying at inferno when he received the call about the shooting and Rocky told him to go up the street to N CLUB(now allure). Sam is the CPU guys name. He entered the building and the cops allowed him in the office not knowing exactly who or what he was capable of. He was in that office altering footage for several hours before handing the new footage to the police."
Was this how it was reported in the media? We all know the shooting at Allure took place but is that how it was reported? I find it interesting because a tipster also brought this to light:
"When the shooting happened at LAX he blackmailed his younger partner Ashby Cook to cover up the shooting..."
Yes, I know what Scarfone has hanging over young Ashby Cook's head. So do several other people. Don't worry Ashby, we don't plan on using it against you and your family. And if Scarfone uses it now it becomes an admission of Scarfone's guilt and a blackmail charge added to what is already going to be a very long list. And folks, don't look down on Ashby or Ashby's family, they had no idea what they were getting involved with when Rocco came along. After all, Greensboro's "leaders" and our local media were making Rocco out to be a hero.
Turns out Scarfone doesn't scare some folks in Greensboro. Some folks are more concerned with who Scarfone is connected to politically. As one tipster put it:
"It's not that I fear the guy, I have businesses that would suffer due to City council and their upper echelon wealth contacts. He probably has dirt on a couple of them so they fear that coming to light."
When I was younger my Daddy used to tell me the stories of the people in Greensboro who simply disappeared after voicing opposition to Greensboro's upper echelon elites. I wish I could remember the names he told me. Daddy used to say, "You can't fight city hall." Of course, like any father he just wanted his sons to be safe. I say, "I'll die trying."
As for Rocco's lawyer, Amiel Rossabi, the one who is suing me on Rocco's behalf, he's apparently a skumbag himself who is quick to tell a lie as noted in this article by Yes-Weekly:
“It’s absolutely false,” Rossabi said of the cover-up allegation. “Even before I got involved, the first thing Rocky did was directed [staff] to give [police] the videotape. That’s where they got a lot of the information. The next morning, Rocky got me involved. I proceeded to get all the employees in for an interview.”
But from the same article by Yes-Weekly reporter, Jordan Green:
"A warrant for Jones’ arrest tells a different story. One of the elements of the charge of resisting a public officer is that Jones allegedly refused “to render aid or contact 911 to get the victim medical assistance,” and in doing so, “unlawfully and willingly did resist, delay and obstruct” her from discharging her duties. The warrant also accuses Jones of cleaning the crime scene and “failing to notify the police when they arrived that a shooting had occurred and refusing to assist with information.”
An affidavit submitted by Pate to the ABC Commission states that LAX patron Robert Hargrove told her that he and Demeterre Fox were having drinks at the club when a physical altercation began and they were escorted out into the parking lot. The affidavit states that “while in the parking lot, Hargrove heard two shots, turned looked at Fox and Fox stood there looking back at Hargrove before collapsing on the crowd. Contrary to the account put forward by Rossabi, Hargrove told Pate that club security “told him they were not going to call 911 (EMS) and that he needed to drive Fox to the hospital himself.”
I guess now Amiel Rossabi is going to be dividing my rooster and 6 laying hens between himself and Rocco. Don't order chicken from Hams or any other restaurant owned by Rocco Scarfone, all my birds are several years old, tough and not very good to eat.
Does anyone really believe the shooting at LAX Gentlemen´s Club was deliberately cleaned up without the knowledge of Rocco Scarfone? Rise up, Greensboro, demand a grand jury be brought to bear on this and everything else Rocco Scarfone touches.
