Greensboro Commercial Real Estate Market Top; "[Roy Carroll] ups stake in downtown with $42M multifamily acquisition"

TPAC is now in jeopardy, as most of the monies put up
are supposedly invested in equities which are crashing
along with local real estate prices.

More proof of Real Estate Bubble in Greensboro; Quoted in the Wall Street Journal

Roy's downtown project is now in jeopardy
as real estate financing is most likely being curtailed
as more begin to understand there was no economic recovery,
but just a Fed induced free for all for the 1%.

Piedmont Triad Real Estate Top Watch; "Wells Fargo Building SOLD"

Depending where Marty Kotis' money was acquired
to develop the millions in investments over the last few years,
he may have a serious problem, as his restaurant ventures falter

clipping discretionary spending.

Is Roy Carroll an egomaniac, a narcissist or a Megalomaniac?

Please note the City has never admitted

actually seeing where the private monies for TPAC are,
or in what investments they are located.

An act of Cowardice by John Hammer for Roy Carroll: "Breaking The Government Monopoly On Inspections"

Maybe the deficit announced for TPAC

is partly due to falling values of pledged donations.

Most would think a prudent City Council would confirm
the current values, as financial markets have faltered.

If some of the investments were in oil and gas,
emerging market/Chinese related equities
they most likely got severely clipped
and the facts are not being made public.

Democracy and a free press no longer exists in Greensboro, North Carolina

Roy Carroll's Lobbyist funding buried in the Consent agenda of Greensboro's City Council Meeting; 12/16/2014

John Hammer; "Mayor Nancy Vaughan had said that Melvin didn’t have any personal investment in the area that it was all Bryan Foundation money."
