"City of Greensboro, mayor sued over access to public records" by Roch Smith Jr.

"...Jones also includes Say Yes Guilford as having denied him information. Say Yes Guilford is an organization that promises to provide “last dollar” college scholarships to all graduates of Guilford County schools. Jones notes that former city employees now head up Say Yes and that the city donated office space to Say Yes, but it is unclear why Jones is suing the City of Greensboro for records he alleges Say Yes Guilford refused to produce..."

Billy Jones sued the City for records the City refused to produce,
noting Say Yes Guilford and Say Yes to Education also refused to produce
in concert with the City
after Vigue and Turlington stopped working for the City
and started working for Say Yes

If the City collaborated with Say Yes, which looks likely,
considering they were some of the same people on both sides,
there may be criminal consequences associated with actions taken
by both City employees, executives and elected officials
and former employees who were in charge of public records requests
which would be Donnie Turlington and Mary Vigue
as it looks like they personally gained financially from stifling information
as City employees to get the jobs they were given,
and then as Say Yes employees who violated IRS records laws
