A question about John Hardister's character by Eric Preston at Greater Greensboro Politics without complaining, negative or purely partisan information

"If a donor constituency gives him enough money, he will advocate for their wishes regardless of his own views. It's a positive if one intends to use government for private interests.

If you are for crony capitalism, Jon was on board with the strategy of using hate and screwing poor, old etc... workers to get corporate employment costs to fall, by voting for discrimination and control of local minimum wage controls, thereby increasing Hardister's donor's profits,

If you are for fewer gays or trans in North Carolina, please vote for Jon Hardister, who was in on using HB2, a self serving bigoted political stunt to eliminate thousands of jobs in North Carolina to get reelected.

If you want to make it easier to get rid of older, higher paid employees, to rid businesses of newly pregnant women, or those who become handicaped.

If you want to make it easier for business owners who like relations with the help and otherwise exploit women, and then fire pregnant women who slow down productivity.

If you want Jon Hardister's healthcare industry donors to make more money from more poor, uneducated low paid workers paying more out of pocket for healthcare from parasitic doctors and insurance companies, while large companies have to pay maternity care leave and save on insurance costs
by firing pregnant women without cause before birth, then Jon's your man.

Who voted for HB2?

Whether you're for or against North Carolina's HB2, or "bathroom bill", it's important to know how our Representatives voted.

Jon Hardister

“We didn’t see this coming,” Republican House member John Hardister told Triad City Beat.

If you are for an elected official wreaking havoc on innocent lives by an uncaring, unfeeling, selfish, irresponsible, parasitic psychopath who lies to his constituents, trades political favors for campaign contributions, turns a blind eye to the wishes of the electorate, cheats taxpayers out of hard-earned dollars, favors the corporate elite and spares little thought for the impact of his thoughtless actions and hastily votes for legislation harming defenseless citizens, Jon Hardister is made up of nothing but awesome sauce. It's definitively a positive if that's what you're into

Roy Carroll, John Hammer, Jon Hardister, John Faircloth, John Blust and Trudy Wade confirm they are bigots

The saddest part of this whole affair other than lost jobs is the News and Record and other 'mainstream paper's overtly purposeful inability to call out those business leaders supporting the economic decimation of our state. Roy Carroll and other funders of these elected officials are advocating bigotry, discrimination and fewer worker rights in North Carolina, and the news industry isn't pointing out who the real villains actually are behind the curtain.

Consumers who could be objecting with their wallets are being prevented from the opportunity to do so.  Marty Kotis just hosted a John Blust fundraiser at one of his restaurants.  He supports Phil Berger and the rest of our local delegation.  He serves on the UNC Board of Directors as an R.  Marty supports HB2 and is going to make more money from it by being able to fire pregnant women etc... and no one seems to want to point it out.

Proof Marty Kotis is all in on hate and bigotry in North Carolina

Back story on HB2, explaining how Pat McCrory fell on his own sword provided by Phil Berger and friends

Pat McCrory tried to use hate and corporate wishes to get reelected
to the detriment of North Carolina's work force protections

Phil Berger, Paul Stam, Chad Barefoot, Trudy Wade, John Faircloth,
Jon Hardister, John Blust, Roy Carroll, Marty Kotis and friends
were on board with the strategy of using hate and screwing poor, old etc... workers
to get themselves and Pat McCrory reelected
and Roy and Marty's employment costs to fall, thereby increasing their profits,
and Tony Wilkins is okay with it

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/04/back-story-on-hb2-explaining-how-pat.html

"Governor Pat McCrory’s Executive Order 93 doesn’t fix or even put a band aid on HB 2." Meaning Pat McCrory lied to the public on March 25, 2016

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/04/governor-pat-mccrorys-executive-order.html

This is what Blust, Faircloth, Berger, Hardister and Wade voted for;

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/04/this-is-what-blust-faircloth-berger.html

On the possible motives to have voted for and/or signed HB2 into North Carolina law
Maybe McCrory is using it as a job creation initiative for slave like labor jobs.

Bring back some of the slave jobs from China to North Carolina's factory owners who fund him.

Duke Power/Energy probably wouldn't mind making more money from more profitable businesses
who don't have to pay more for labor than absolutely necessary.

North Carolina may become an abusive employer magnet if the issue is affirmed by the election.

I suppose congratulations will be in order.

Hb2 will be good for fields of work exploiting women.

Good for business owners who like relations with the help.

Easier to fire pregnant women who slow down productivity.

McCrory's healthcare industry donors would make more money
from more poor, uneducated low paid workers paying more out of pocket for healthcare
from parasitic doctors and insurance companies.

Bank of America is saying they oppose the legislation
without asking for their Pat McCrory PAC and other donations back,
meaning they are actually for it, while keeping up appearances.

Maybe they get an automobile manufacturer now that they dissolved North Carolina's employment law risks.

Big money won't have to pay maternity care leave and save on insurance costs
by firing pregnant women without cause before birth.

Before birth.

It's the American way.

HB2; Pat McCrory, Phil Berger, Jon Hardister, John Faircloth, John Blust and Trudy Wade appear to be psychopaths

Did North Carolina HB2 just get rid of Greensboro's MWBE program?

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/03/did-north-carolina-hb2-just-get-rid-of.html

We lost jobs, and they are still fucking our population
with this bullshit that's hurting how we are perceived by job creators
looking to start up or move a business to North Carolina

Why would Jim Melvin give Phil Berger $7,000?

Why would Vanessa Carroll give Phil $5,000?

Why would the Koury clan give to Phil?

Why would Wells Fargo's Stanhope Kelly give Phil $4,000?

Why would Roy Carroll give Phil $10,200?

Why did Marty Kotis give Phil $10,200?

"Nearly 200 companies joined the fight last year against North Carolina’s House Bill 2, signing on to public protests and affirming their commitment to LGBT rights.

HB2 is good for employers who exploit women.

HB2 is good for business owners who like having sex with the help
by using thier ability to fire them and getting away with it.

HB2 makes it easier to fire pregnant women who slow down productivity.

But some of those same companies, mainly through their political action committees, contributed money to the campaigns of legislators from both parties who voted for the law and the governor who signed it.

HB2 has lost North Carolina thousands of jobs

PACs representing a half-dozen companies gave almost $200,000 to lawmakers who voted for HB 2, according to a Charlotte Observer analysis of campaign contribution reports.

No such analysis by Greensboro's News and Record
of local contributors who gave after HB2 passed

...Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, which criticized HB 2, gave $600,000 to the Republican Governors Association. The RGA in turn spent $3.6 million on behalf of former GOP Gov. Pat McCrory. Pfizer also gave $170,000 to a GOP group that spent almost a million dollars to re-elect Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Forest, a vocal HB 2 supporter.

No mention of Roy Carroll, Marty Kotis or Jim Melvin
by the News and Record, leaving them off the hook for lost jobs

...Among those that [opposed to the law], a half-dozen PACs had given $192,000 to McCrory and Republican legislators who voted for HB 2 as of Sept. 30, the last reports available. Final reports are due this month.

No mention of Robbie Perkins

New York-based Pfizer, which has a manufacturing plant in Sanford, gave $25,000 to GOP lawmakers through its PAC in addition to the company’s contributions to the RGA and the Republican State Leadership Committee. The RSLC spent $850,000 on behalf of Forest.

...Wells Fargo’s PAC gave at least $61,700 to lawmakers who supported HB 2.

The City of Greensboro still does business with Wells Fargo

Asked about the contributions, Wells offered a statement saying, “Gov. McCrory and other elected officials were well aware of our opposition to HB 2.”

The saddest part of this whole affair other than lost jobs
is the News and Record's overtly purposeful inability
to call out those local business leaders supporting the economic decimation of our state.

Roy Carroll and other funders of these elected officials
are advocating bigotry, discrimination and fewer worker rights in North Carolina,
and the news industry isn't pointing out who the real villains actually are behind the curtain.

PACs for Merck, Pepsico and Time Warner Cable also gave to McCrory or legislators who voted for HB 2.

...Workers for at least 33 companies donated to North Carolina’s Republican Party or party leaders after the bill was signed. McCrory received more than $54,000, the Observer found.

Marty Kotis backed a bill which make it easier to fire his own employees,
and pay them less, and the News and Record won't report it

Marty backed John Blust, Dan Forest. Trudy Wade, John Faircloth,
Jon Hardister, Phil Berger and Pat McCrory,
who used a self serving bigoted political stunt
to eliminate thousands of jobs in North Carolina

Marty gave money to about all of City Council,
and the News and Record won't report it

If any City Council members take any more money from Marty,
or have their signs on his properties, or ads on his billboard,
they are just as guilty as Marty and Tony Wilkins

...HB 2 has been blamed for the loss of jobs, sporting events and millions in lost visitor spending..."

Is Marty Kotis buying City of Greensboro property for less than the appraised value illegal?

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/01/is-marty-kotis-buying-city-of.html

North Carolina and Greensboro's leadership and sold-out press have made a joke of our community and state.  They perverted and rotted our economy from within.  Our elected leaders have lined their donors' pockets in exchange for campaign donations and signs on commercial properties and billboards.

These 'leaders' and their financial backers have ignored the travails of the average income citizen.  We want good paying jobs back, as Roy Carroll, Marty Kotis and the Koury's among others at the top of our local food chain effectively opposed living wages and basic worker rights via purchased state legislators and crooked, crony backed legislation.  Think about how much more money Marty and friends can make by more easily firing newly pregnant restaurant servers and hotel house keepers.  Just on insurance premiums, these fine folks living off the rest of us who hire and pay low wages to those, who if they say anything about it are immediately fired without any governmental intervention.  Many used to call it slavery.  Now it's the same thing, without the stigma as it has become something of a national pastime for the 1%.

If 'we' are dumb enough to believe
with the help of Marty Kotis, Roy Carroll, and Koury Corporation
are paying to tell us to believe
which is what the bible thumping morons on the local far right
are are saying they believe, in direct contradiction to basic rationality,
there is seriously something very wrong with our local society
and our local political and economic establishment are in on it.

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/04/how-stupid-are-you-no-really-how-stupid.html

Marty Kotis appears to be saying he doesn't want any gays anywhere near his properties
or eating at his restaurants because they are gay or trans
by not asking for his money back from those in North Carolina's legislature
who have lost thousands of jobs for our state

I wonder is all the City Council members in Greensboro
are going to give Marty the money he purchased them with back
because he favors discriminatory legislation

http://greensboroperformingarts.blogspot.com/2016/03/a-few-trudy-wade-campaign-contributors.html

Marty only extracts rent from most of the restaurants on his properties, which the News and Record's Allen Johnson doesn't seem to understand.  But Allen doesn't understand basic economics, so that's what we have for an 'opinion leader'.

More like a cheerleader of the uneducated variety whom everyone likes to look at anyway.

Doug Clark and Allen Johnson didn't understand or foresee what happened last time the economy tanked, and their jobs are to not know or report as we decline once again.

They, along with the Triad Business Journal, are just cheerleaders for the 1%.
